There was not enough staff on to cover the amount of people in the pub. We were told to use the app but then the online ordering was down so still had to go to the bar to get our drinks and provide ID. Food was good but a few things were unavailable

Absolutely love The Mattara. I am a regular patron (at least twice a month) for both lunch and dinner and the reason for this is the excellent and friendly service I always receive from the dedicated staff. Menu has something for everyone and I&#39;ve never left there feeling hungry. In fact there&#39;s so much left, a doggy bag is always provided. I can highly recommend the Mattara as a family friendly hotel with delicious food and professional bar and food service.  10/10

We have eaten here before and tonight we celebrated my birthday.  The summer menu was a treat and I am looking forward to the winter menu. Great service, reasonably priced, good ambience and a little bit posh. We will certainly be back.

Food, drinks &amp; service excellent, only issue was that the air-conditioning wasn&#39;t working properly, we were hot...

Food was great good sizing  waiting  time minimal and order at table made it easy definitely staff very friendly. Has improved so much since we were there last time will definitely be back

Always have trouble ordering from the table . Also you can&rsquo;t add something as you can only select from what is on the ap. Can&rsquo;t say if you want to eat a entree as a main or to be delivered with mains .

Food was great for a quick pub lunch. Disappointed they didn&rsquo;t have the lambs fry &amp; bacon which is on their menu online, the waitress said she didn&rsquo;t even know what our is but she has worked there for more than 6 months and knows it was never on the menu&hellip;. It was the reason why I chose to eat there&hellip;x lambs fry and bacon, so was very disappointed. You order via a QR code so very little human interaction.
